The Natalie Gauldin for Austin City Council campaign is hiring experienced, passionate, progressive canvassers to execute its targeted field program. Natalie Gauldin is a progressive Democrat that believes complex policy problems require bold solutions. At a time when Austin’s cost of living is skyrocketing and our transportation infrastructure lags behind our growth, District 7 residents need a strong, vocal advocate to proactively seek solutions to those problems. By giving people more housing and transit options, we can create a more affordable, equitable, and environmentally friendly city. Natalie is running a grassroots campaign, made up of real people that desire real change. We need talented, professional canvassers that believe in her message, and can effectively spread her message across the district. Duties include: Direct, face-to-face contact with likely voters across the district Taking accurate, sometimes detailed, notes on interactions with voters Making phone calls to voters Attending required field staff meetings Applicant must: Have a working cell phone Reliable working vehicle preferred Campaign experience preferred Be well spoken and excited to go to work each day!
