Job Description: 
The Office of Senator Kel Seliger is seeking a full-time or part-time intern for the 2019 spring semester - the 86th Legislative Session. General duties and responsibilities will include: Correspondence - Enter and update constituent correspondence data in CMS database system. Other correspondence related tasks include opening and distributing the mail, forwarding mail to appropriate offices, and assisting in research for responses when needed. Legislative - Assist in obtaining information from legislative and executive agencies as needed for use by staff or constituents. This may include attending meetings, committee hearings, conducting research, and assisting staff with policy development. Administrative - Answer and directs phone calls. Greet visitors; provide information or source of information when requested. Assist Office Manager with office organization, and other administrative duties.
