Legislative Internship

State Representative Ryan Guillen is seeking applicants interested in the legislative process. This is an internship that requires daily contact with constituents, public officials, media, advocates, and Capitol and district office staff. Legislative intern duties include, conducting policy research and helping draft future legislation. Preferred candidates will have excellent writing and verbal communication skills, strong planning and organization skills and must show intense attention to detail. This is an unpaid internship, but may be considered for course credit
