Legislative Internship Office of Representative Joe Farias

The office of State Rep. Joe Farias is seeking motivated and diligent individuals to assist in our capitol office during session. Interns will be assigned a variety of tasks ranging from administration to policy work. Interns will be under the direction of the Chief of Staff and will be expected to complete 10 - 15 hours per week. Duties and Responsibilities: Assist with legislative research Miscellaneous administrative tasks Draft correspondence Brief staff and the Representative on various topics Greet visitors and answer phones Complete assigned tasks from co-workers and Representative
