Job Description: 
The Office of State Representative Jason Isaac is seeking to fill two unpaid internships for the 85th Legislative Session. Internships provide an excellent opportunity to learn more about the legislative process and public policy while serving the People of Texas. The two positions are for Mon, Wed, and Friday mornings and another for Tuesday, Thursday mornings. Candidates for an intern position should be hard workers, fast thinkers, and willing to help in research, policy, and administrative capacities. Applicants must possess strong organizational and interpersonal skills, solid computer and writing skills, have the ability to understand and explain complex policy issues, and be courteous at all times. Interns can expect to be asked to assist on policy research and to help staff answer phones, meet with constituents, and other important administrative tasks.
