Job Description: 
The Dayna Blazey Campaign seeks motivated applicants for Field Organizing Internship positions for the 2020 primary election for 167th District Judge, a criminal court seat serving Travis County. This will be among the most competitive races in the region in 2020 providing hands-on experience in the ins and outs of campaigning and a meaningful opportunity to make a difference in our community. Responsibilities include direct voter contact via canvassing or phonebanking, assisting in volunteer recruitment and management, and staffing events, among other activities. Position specific training will be provided. Pay starts at $15 per hour. Flexible hours offered. Applicants considered on a rolling basis. Ideal candidates are self-starters, personable, and eager to learn and grow professionally. Interest in politics, campaigns, and/or justice preferred. While a functional cell phone and reliable transportation are required, a car or similar personal vehicle is recommended.
