Job Description: 
The Capitol office of State Representative Andrew Murr seeks an intern(s) for the Fall 2017 semester. Intern(s) in Representative Murr's office will assist in policy research, prep the Representative for interim committee meetings, assist the Chief of Staff and District Director with constituent needs, assist the Chief of Staff with administrative duties in the office, and other general clerical duties. The ideal candidate(s) will have some legislative experience/knowledge and an interest in public policy. However, this unpaid position requires no previous experience in the Capitol. Additionally, the ideal candidate(s) needs to be available approximately at these times: Monday 8:30am - 11am Monday 1pm - 5pm Tuesday 8:30am - 11am Wednesday 8:30am - 11am Thursday 8:30am - 11am Friday 8:30am - 11am Friday 1pm - 5pm
