Unpaid Legislative Intern Position

Job Description: Our office is looking for full-time and part-time (minimum 15 hours/week) applicants who have strong organizational, written, and researching skills. Selected candidates must know about the Legislative process in Texas. Qualifications: • Session experience in Texas preferred • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Willingness to take direction • Proficiency in LMS, LDR, Microsoft Office, and internet-based research • Must be detail and deadline oriented • Must be timely and organized • Able to work independently • Friendly and energetic • Maintains personal accountability for work done
