Job Description: 
State Representative Matt Schaefer is accepting applications for full-time or part-time Legislative Intern positions at his Capitol office during the 86th Legislative Session (Spring 2019). Interns will have various responsibilities, including but not limited to: email correspondence, answering phones and greeting visitors; assisting constituent needs; researching policy projects and analyzing legislation; drafting various documents; assist with other duties as requested by the chief of staff. Applicants should have a strong work ethic, good communication skills, flexibility, a high-regard for professionalism, and ability to work as part of a team. Course credit available if offered by your school. Internships are unpaid.
