Y Strategy Graphics Intern

Y-Strategy is looking for interns who are interested in learning what it’s like to work on political campaigns. In particular, this internship is available for young people who are passionate about graphic design, especially as it relates to political work. Our slate may include but is not limited to judicial candidates, city council candidates, county commissioner candidates, and congressional candidates. 10 hours of work weekly are expected, with opportunities to work more available as needed. The internship includes a stipend that averages to $15 an hour. Duties will include but are not limited to the following: Assisting graphic designer on various logos, designs, and more Write emails, make phone calls, and send text messages to potential volunteers or voters Working with volunteers to find the best opportunities for them to help campaigns Interact with volunteers to ensure they are able to effectively utilize the time they are dedicating to the campaign Assigned operations tasks like data entry and literature assembly Staffing/attending events as necessary Field organizing
