Topics are full-text descriptions based on the text of the
Governor's official proclamations for each session.
Proclamations are written proclamations and messages transmitting
listings of special session. Sources for the scanned documents include
Session Laws and House Journals.
Addresses are transcripts of spoken addresses to Joint Sessions,
as well as other transmittals stating the Governor's position or
providing background information on particular situations regarding
special session topics. Sources for the scanned documents include the
House and Senate Journals.
