The first two columns indicate the legislative session and the year in which it is held. The third column reports the total number of bills subject to the governor's approval passed in each session. the fourth column reports the number of these bills vetoed by the Governor which is reported in percentage form in column five. The last column indicates the name of the vetoing governor and his or her party affiliation.
