Legislative Interns Needed for Texas Special Session

Dates: July 21 – August 20, 2025

Representative Mihaela Plesa’s Office is seeking a full-time legislative intern for the upcoming special session running from July 21 through August 20. This is an in-person opportunity at the Texas Capitol. Our office is seeking an intern that has experience and familiarity with the capitol processes and systems as well as good communication and customer service skills. Preferred qualifications are for students with junior standing or higher with a demonstrated track record of performing in a stressful and fast-paced environment. 

If applicant would like an extension of internship during the fall semester, it may be requested.
