Cultivar Communities Connectors Program
Cultivar Connectors are student leaders who help families understand financial systems and take their first steps toward long-term wealth building. They lead simple conversations, share practical tools, and help people feel confident about their financial future.
Connectors lead 30 to 45 minute activities that help families engage with money in everyday ways:

Small group conversations.

Goal-setting sessions.

Classroom or club workshops.

Family engagement events.
Beyond making an impact in your community, you will gain experience in:

Leadership and Facilitation: Leading groups and guiding conversations.

Program Implementation: Learning how to launch and manage a community initiative.

Financial Confidence: Deepening your own understanding of wealth building tools.

Impact Reporting: Tracking and communicating real world results.
