Digital Marketer for Persuasion Campaign
Background
WE Dems is launching a new project called Let’s Win TX-10, that is a persuasion multi-touch marketing campaign to get out Democratic voters for the mid-term election. This campaign will include: postcards, paid social ads, organic social posts, text messages to reach out to infrequent voters.
Job overview
We need a Digital Marketer who can plan, execute, and optimize paid online marketing campaigns to drive awareness and conversion to campaign specific actions. You’ll manage the advertising budget, analyze data from ad platforms, and adjust strategies to ensure a high Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
Key responsibilities

Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, social media, and display advertising campaigns.

Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing ad campaigns and assesses against goals.

Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.

Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.

Plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests.

Collaborates with other teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.

Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end voter experience across multiple channels and touch points.

Identifies critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes conversion funnels.

Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate

Planning and executing A/B and multivariate experiments
Qualifications and skills

Education. A background in marketing or a related field.

Technical proficiency. Skilled in website and marketing analytics software, such as Google Analytics, SEMRush.

Communication skills. Ability to clearly articulate ideas and collaborate with stakeholders and team members.

Adaptability. Flexibility to adjust campaigns based on data and evolving project requirements.

Problem-solving skills. Creative ability to overcome conversion challenges and deliver effective solutions.
