Fall 2024 Legislative Internship

The Office of State Representative Hubert Vo is seeking a motivated and responsible intern to support the daily operations of the Capitol Office. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience working within a legislative environment. Key responsibilities include legislative research, writing policy memos, answering phones, drafting and managing constituent correspondence, welcoming visitors, and providing general office support. Additional tasks may be assigned by the Representative or Chief of Staff as needed. Candidates must possess proficiency in basic computer software and demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills. A minimum commitment of 8 hours per week is required.
