Field Organizer
The Field Organizer will be responsible for executing the campaign’s direct voter contact efforts—building volunteer teams, managing canvassing and phone banking operations, and engaging voters throughout the district. This position requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to electing Josh Reyna.
Key Responsibilities

Recruit, train, and manage volunteers for door-to-door canvassing, phone banking, and voter outreach events.

Build and maintain relationships with community leaders, supporters, and local organizations.

Coordinate and track daily voter contact goals using campaign data tools (e.g., VAN, MiniVAN).

Plan and execute voter engagement events, including neighborhood canvasses, community meetings, and rallies.

Manage turf assignments and ensure data accuracy and timely reporting of field metrics.

Work closely with the campaign leadership to implement the field plan and adapt strategies based on data feedback.

Represent the campaign professionally at all times in the community and online.
Qualifications

Familiarity with voter contact tools such as VAN, MiniVAN, or similar platforms preferred (training provided).

Previous campaign, organizing, or community outreach experience is a plus, but not required.

Must have the ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Salary: Competitive and commensurate with experience. Starting at $20/hour. Mileage reimbursement for campaign travel.
