Field Organizer

The Montserrat Garibay Campaign seeks motivated applicants for Field Organizer (FOs) positions for the 2026 Primary Election for her campaign for State Representative, District 49 in Travis County. This campaign will provide hands-on experience in the ins and outs of political campaign organizing and a meaningful opportunity to make a difference in our community. Applicants will be considered on a rolling basis with a desired start immediately. The position will continue through the 2026 March Democratic Primary and, if applicable, any subsequent run-off election.

About the Position
Field Organizers (FO) are the backbone of any campaign. FOs will be responsible for direct voter contact via door-to-door canvassing and/or phone banking. Position specific training will be provided. All FOs will be compensated starting at $22/hour.

Requirements
Ideal candidates are self-starters, personable, and eager to learn and grow professionally. Interest in politics, campaigns, and/or the Legislature preferred. A functional cell phone and reliable transportation are required. All necessary training will be provided.
