Job Description
As the state chamber of commerce and the state's leading employer organization, the Texas Association of Business is the dominant voice for public policy issues affecting business in Texas. TAB works to improve the Texas business climate and to help make our state’s economy the strongest in the world. TAB is seeking an intelligent, motivated and professional intern for the 2017 Legislative Session. Responsibilities include legislative research, bill analysis, monitoring hearings, assisting with meetings and events, and visiting the State Capitol. Applicants should have a good attitude, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be a quick learner. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook. Must be available through May 29, 2017.
