As an intern at the Texas Education Alliance, you will have the opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects, gain valuable experience, and play a vital role in supporting our mission to enhance the education landscape in Texas. Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and dedicated intern to join our team and assist with various projects and initiatives. The Education Alliance Intern will work closely with our team members to contribute to the development and implementation of educational programs, research initiatives, and outreach efforts. Responsibilities: Support the planning and execution of educational programs and events. Conduct research on education policies, trends, and best practices. Assist in the creation of educational materials, presentations, and reports. Collaborate with team members to coordinate outreach activities and community engagement. Contribute to the development of communication materials, including social media content and newsletters. Attend meetings and events to represent the Texas Education Alliance. Provide administrative support as needed. Qualifications: Currently enrolled in a degree program related to education, marketing, public policy, or a related field. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Basic knowledge of education policies and issues in Texas is a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
