Job Description

The Organizing & Field Fellow will support grassroots outreach, volunteer coordination, and community engagement to strengthen our organizing program and local presence. Campaign will work with professors for class credit.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage voter and volunteer data using VAN

  • Organize and support block walks, community events, and volunteer actions

  • Coordinate local meet & greets, as needed

  • Assist in developing and expanding organizing program

  • Track outreach metrics and provide input on strategy and engagement

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in community organizing, field work, or volunteer management preferred

  • Comfortable with data tools (VAN experience a plus)

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Self-starter who enjoys teamwork and on-the-ground engagement
