Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Policy Research Intern to join our team. This internship offers an exciting opportunity to engage in policy research focused on food security, sustainability, and environmental justice. Interns will assist in researching current policies, drafting policy briefs, and analyzing data to inform strategic decision-making for the foundation's initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough research on food security, sustainability, and energy transition policies.

  • Assist in drafting policy briefs, research reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Analyze data and contribute to the creation of new policy recommendations.

  • Support the development of strategies to advocate for systemic change in food security and sustainability.

  • Collaborate with the team to support ongoing projects and initiatives.

  • Participate in weekly check-ins and contribute to brainstorming sessions.

Requirements

  • Graduate Students (preferred) or Undergraduate Students in Public Policy, Environmental Studies, Political Science, Sociology, or related fields.

  • High school students with an outstanding resume will be considered.

  • Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Passion for food security, sustainability, and social justice.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with data analysis tools is a plus.
