We are looking for a young and talented Communications/Graphic Design Intern with a commitment to democratic principles and values, a positive and hardworking attitude, and a passion for electing good Democrats up and down the ballot. This intern will help write and develop political messaging and complete small graphic design edits on political literature. Applicants should have an understanding of the Texas political landscape and current events. This internship is also available to high school seniors. Graphic design and political communications experience are preferred but not required. Applicants will be considered on a rolling basis with a desire to start immediately. Women, people of color, and LGBTQIA+ applicants are strongly encouraged to apply. This internship is fully remote with flexible hours.

Political Campaigns

Requirements: Familiarity with Google drive and Excel Experience with Adobe Suite, specifically Illustrator and Premiere Ability to multi-task and problem-solve Experience with social media platforms Ability to consistently meet deadlines Excellent communication skills Highly motivated; capable of closely following directions when required, and taking personal initiative when appropriate Interest in learning more about political communications Preferred: Spanish speaking Graphic design experience Political communications experience
