Job Description

The campaign for Jennie Birkholz for State Representative (House District 52) is seeking a team of 4-5 highly organized, professional, and responsive Social Media Interns. This position involves assisting the campaign with maintaining a presence across various social media platforms. Applicants should be knowledgeable in Texas politics and the election process. Applicants must be available to work part-time (15 hours per week). ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: - Create graphics and videos related to campaign events, activities, and messaging; - Assist with the design and creation of original digital content including all social media platforms; - Appropriately schedule and post social media content with the intent to reach as many voters as possible; - Keep up-to-date on Texas politics and current events in the legislature.
