Location: Two blocks from the Texas Capitol; Downtown Austin, TX
Details: Governor Abbott’s digital department oversees the Governor’s entire massive digital operations. From managing the Governor’s Facebook page with over 1.4 million followers to an in-house graphics designer and videographer, our digital department provides an opportunity for an intern to learn the ins and outs of running large-scale digital operations.
Interns will assist with many of the key tasks from our department, depending on an individual’s interest, but it may range from social media posts to e-mail marketing and fundraising to copywriting or ad design, the opportunities are endless.
Schedule: We are flexible to work with anyone’s school schedule but are looking for someone who can commit 10 hours a week or more.
