Job Description
Are you looking for a way to make a difference in the Austin community? Do you want to work on an exciting, relevant campaign to drastically improve public transportation in Austin? Let's Go Austin is currently hiring Field Organizers to work now through the November 4th general election to help us educate the public about Austin's Proposition 1. for Urban Rail. Skills needed to apply:
-Good communication skills--talking with voters in person and over the phone--are crucial. This is also a great opportunity to improve communication skills.
-Enthusiasm. Whether you have past political experience or you're a newcomer to politics, as long as you have enthusiasm for our mission to improve public transit in Austin, then we're happy to have you work with us.
-Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus, but not a requirement.
