Field Organizer

Field Organizers (FO) are the backbone of any campaign. FOs will be responsible for direct voter contact via door-to-door canvassing and/or phone banking. Position specific training will be provided. All FOs will be compensated starting at $23/hour, with additional compensation and incentives available.

Ideal candidates are self-starters, personable, and eager to learn and grow professionally. Interest in politics, campaigns, and/or local government preferred. A functional cell phone and reliable transportation are required. All necessary training will be provided.
