Salary: Paid: Starting$20/hour
Hours: 15-30 hours/week; flexible; includes evenings & weekends as needed

End Date: November 3, 2026
About the job: The Hays Democratic Coordinated Campaign is dedicated to turning out the vote for all Democratic candidates up and down the ballot. Field organizer responsibilities are predominantly block walking and going door to door to talk to the voters. We want activists who are motivated and excited to work directly with other paid staff, volunteers and voters to make Hays County Blue.
Qualifications:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable engaging with a diverse range of voters
• Able to work independently
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and as much as possible until election day, November 3rd.
• Comfortable with knocking on doors individually
• Comfortable with simple mobile phone data entry
• Able to drive; reliable transportation.
