The Office of State Representative Jason Isaac is currently accepting resumes for the 84th Legislative Session. No experience is required. However, you must be punctual, reliable, and professional. Interns will start as soon as possible and can expect mostly training from now until December. The 84th Legislative Session will begin in January and ends June 1. Hours are flexible with school schedule and interns will be allowed to take off for Thanksgiving, finals, and Christmas break. Interns will gain invaluable hands-on experience in the legislative process. Some intern duties include assisting staff with legislative research, communicating with state agencies for constituent relations, assisting visitors in the office, and meeting with several coalitions and organizations about legislative issues.
